The Dominican Republic is making travel easier for Canadian P.R. holder to visit the country
The Dominican Republic is making it easier for foreign permanent residents of all nationalities living in Canada to visit the country. All foreign permanent residents living in Canada no longer require a Dominican visa to visit the Caribbean country. They require only a valid passport from their country of origin, their official Canadian Immigrant document attached to it and the normal Dominican Tourist Card. Regulations for Canadian citizens remain unchanged. This new policy is part of a recent Presidential Decree signed and put into effect by Dominican President Dr. Leonel Fernandez Reyna.
